Ab work- Before and After Update.

So,  it’s my goal to rock a six pack this summer which I haven’t done ever.  I’m not sure it’s realistic as I like a certain amount of softness and don’t want to be a stick because that is just unattractive. I have been taking photos to keep me motivated (last post). I’m eating a lot these days to prevent muscle loss so my weight is steady and not decreasing; which is fine as the measurements are a better indication of process.

This is this morning (left)  and 2weeks ago (right).

Aside from the kickboxing and pilates,  I have added pull ups and this awesome weight ball routine HERE

I’m going to try and do a better job of updating this blog. Life has been busy so we shall see.
