Been a long time (and a long road):T25 Alpha

The last several months have been a rough. Between the loss of two grandmothers, a friend and an injury to my knee, and my foot, my workouts have slowed to a literal crawl.

Time to ease back into it. I’m under no illusions that it’s going to be easy (my knee is twinging writing this).

So,  the plan:

T25 (5 days a week)
No weekday drinking
Food tracking

Tomorrow is day 1. Measurements and Alpha Cardio.
